• Assisting Best Work Holdings (sub-company of Fang.com) in managing and maintaining the 72 Wall Street building.
• Assisting re-initiating the building’s renovation project by contacting subcontractors, organizing received letters, checking equipment status on site, and summarizing meetings.
• Reviewed the old construction plans (excluding MEP plans) to organize a report on suggestions on layouts for better guest experience, ADA code alignment, and NYC Building Code alignment. Submitted to the company’s architects for review and feedback.
November 2024 - Current
• Currently working on the Duplicable City Center project, finalizing scenario renders and exterior walk-throughs.
• Building scenes for a variety of use-cases in Sketchup and Lumion to produce photo and video renders.
• Coordinating a small team working on the project’s exterior area. Checking progress on each team member’s responsible area, synchronize texture use and render settings across the team, gathering files from them and merging them into a master file to prepare for final exterior walk-throughs.

• Utilized Figma, Webflow, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to redesign header, background, adaptive layout, app login screen, and product introduction section of the company’s website.

• A highschool club completing self-organized projects to report to project director.
• Produced custom key caps using 3D printers. Participated in design, modeling, production, and testing using Fusion 360. Key caps adopted to keyboards in highschool library.
• Created redesign proposal to the parts of the highschool’s high traffic areas. The plan was later delivered to the principle to be taken into consideration in future renovation projects.
