Big Red Engineering is a consultancy made up of engineers, consultants, and advisers. The firm practices integrated thinking and multidisciplinary design to generate transformative responses to clients’ needs. As a result of the pandemic, Big Red Engineering has shifted to a hybrid working mode. Nevertheless, they are seeking to encourage their employees to go back to the office part-time. The programming project compiled and analyzed the state of Big Red Engineering's interior environment through site analysis, interviews, research, and evidence-based design in to respond to their goals.
